Sustainability is one of Juvenes’ values: quality, expertise, and sustainability. Our sustainability policy traces back to as early as 1997, and ever since our goal has been to act as a pioneer in sustainable restaurant operations. For us, sustainability means taking responsibility according to ESG – environmental, social and governance responsibility. Being a Finnish company and student-owned has given us the perfect foundation to take care of all these aspects.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
For us, environmental responsibility means minimizing the negative impacts we have on the environment. This goal has become a strong part of our every-day functions, in all our restaurants and cafés. We believe the most important themes for us are linked to food waste, ingredients and the usage of water and energy.
