Restaurant Arvo is located on the lush green campus of Kauppi right next to the Tays Central Hospital in Tampere. The restaurant is named after the archiater Arvo Ylppö and is also an homage to his work.
The joyful and proffessional staff serves the medical students, staff and their guests. Our tasty lunches and sweet delicacies from the café are reasonably priced. The restaurants dining hall can be transformed to a party venue for university events for up to 200 persons. The restaurant is one of the more traditional student restaurants in Juvenes and is owned by the Tampere Student Union (TREY).
Our professional and happy staff will serve you everyday and at parties. Arvo’s restaurant hall can also be used as a party and event space for up to 200 people. The Juvenes party service has a Rotisseurs plate as proof of gastronomic merit and we have our own sommelier.

You can offset the carbon footprint of your meal by donating at least 5 cents to our Reforest collaboration when you purchase your lunch. Juvenes will also donate 5 cents for every offset made, and all donations will be used in full for Reforest’s reforestation efforts.
