Restaurant Kerttu is located in the University of Oulu administration building and offers delicious lunches every weekday. Our lunch buffet features a diverse selection of dishes, and we also provide a soup lunch. By showing your student card, you are entitled to the Kela meal subsidy. In addition, Kerttu offers a diverse selection of café products, snacks, and drinks. We have self-service checkouts to streamline the payment process.
Our restaurant hall comfortably accommodates 100 guests, and our restaurant cabinet seats 30. The professional staff at Kerttu can arrange cabinet lunches and other catering services for various events upon request.

In our Juvenes staff restaurants, you can buy leftover lunch at a reduced price right after the lunch service ends. You can also purchase student lunches to go. We operate responsibly and encourage customers to use their own containers. You’ll find up-to-date pricing information at the restaurant.
You can offset the carbon footprint of your meal by donating at least 5 cents to our Reforest collaboration when you buy lunch. Juvenes will also donate 5 cents for every offset made, and all donations go directly to Reforest’s reforestation efforts.
